The hardest gap for talented AI creators isn't making beautiful work — it's the demand side: knowing what brands actually buy, how to pitch it, and what separates a nice portfolio from a 'hire them now.' You close that gap. As our Brand-Side Expert in Residence, you bring the buyer's perspective into the room: reviewing real member work, telling them candidly what would and wouldn't fly with a client, and showing them how the people who hire creators actually think. You're one of a small, hand-picked group of experts who make this the most valuable room an AI creator can be in.

What you'll do

Run a weekly/monthly live session — review member work and give honest, on-the-record feedback, the kind a real client would give
Give async written feedback on a handful of submitted pieces each month
Host a weekly/monthly briefing or AMA: what brands are buying right now, rates, pitching, and working with clients
Help shape what 'client-ready' means for the community's standards

What we're looking for

Senior brand-side experience — you hire, brief, or commission creative (marketing, brand, creative, or content leadership)
You've personally hired or commissioned creators/freelancers and can speak to what made you say yes — or pass
Sharp, candid, generous communicator whose feedback changes how people work
Comfortable being on the record and on camera with a professional community
