The AI Creators Hub teaches designers, photographers and art directors to work with AI. Hundreds of members pay for it every month, more than 200k people follow us on Instagram, and more than 500 brands have come to us looking for creators.

People join because the work is good. We want them to stay for years, and that takes a person whose whole job is the member's experience after the first click: the first week, the first campaign they finish, the moment they land their first paid work, and every renewal in between.

What you'll do

Own the member journey: what a member hears from us on day 3, day 18 and day 60, and who calls whom
Manage human community managers and AI agents
Run retention experiments
Talk to members

What we're looking for

5+ years owning retention, lifecycle or member success for a paid subscription, membership, community or education product
You can describe a renewal or retention result you personally drove, with the before and after
Comfortable with data: cohort tables, SQL or a strong analyst habit, small samples
You have managed at least one person

Bonus

A creative background, or a creative audience you have served
Kajabi, Circle, Skool or a similar community platform
Based in South Florida (Boca Raton to Miami)
You use AI tools every day and can say where they fall short
