Director of Partnerships and Business Development

The AI Creators Hub teaches designers, photographers and art directors to work with AI. Hundreds of members pay for it every month, more than 200k people follow us on Instagram, and more than 500 brands have come to us looking for creators. AI tool companies want to reach our members, and brands want to hire them. Today those conversations reach us faster than we can answer them. We want one person who turns them into sponsorships, partnerships and paid work for members, and goes out to find more.
What you'll do
- Own the pipeline of AI tool companies: sponsors for our challenges and live sessions, member discounts, affiliate deals
- Turn brand interest into paid work for members through Hypear, our creator marketplace
- Bring in partners who send us members: agencies, schools, creator communities
- Run every deal from first message to signed terms to launch
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in business development or partnerships where you closed the deals yourself
- You have built a partner, affiliate or sponsorship program from zero
- Comfortable with numbers: you know what a deal costs us and what it brings in before you sign it
- You write clearly and fast. Most of this job happens in email and short calls
Bonus
- You know the AI tool world (Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, ElevenLabs, Adobe, Google) and who the next wave is
- You have worked with brands on creator or influencer campaigns
- Based in South Florida (Boca Raton to Miami)
- You use AI tools every day and can say where they fall short
