The role: You'll make membership tangibly worth more than the price of admission, and make our name carry weight in the AI-creator and brand worlds — the connective tissue between our community and the outside world. You'll have warm leads to work with, and also develop new relationships from scratch.
What you'll do
- * Pursue and close partnerships that make membership obviously worth it — perks and access members brag about and renew for.
- * Open doors to opportunities for our members through relationships with brands, companies, and platforms in the AI-creative space.
- * Grow our reputation and reach through credible, well-chosen partnerships and co-marketing.
- * Build the function itself: target lists, outreach, a simple pipeline, repeatable ways to land and launch deals, and a clean way to show what each partnership delivered.
- * Work closely with the founder
What we're looking for
- * You've built a partnerships/brand/BD function from zero where the win was access, value, or reputation — not just a revenue line.
- * You can land deals with a qualitative payoff and still make the value undeniable to a skeptical founder.
- * You understand creators and communities — what makes a perk feel premium, a brand association credible.
- * You operate as a team of one: build the list, write the outreach, run the meetings, close.

- * Experience standing up co-marketing or member-perks programs.
